The cottage was newly built in 2006. The only things that weren’t touched are the outer walls. The entire cottage has floor heating and extra radiators. The entire furnishing of the cottage was newly bought. The cottage is suitable for up to 3 people.
There is laminate flooring in the living room and bedrooms. The whole cottage is situated on the ground floor. Extra wide doors have been installed which means the cottage is also suitable for people with a physical handicap. De living room has a floor space of about 27 m². There are 2 sofa’s, a dining area, ADSL connection (internet connection) and satellite television. From the living room you have beautiful views of the woodlands and farmland.De living room is situated on the east side of the cottage; the bedroom is situated on the northeast side of the cottage. This means that it stays nice and cool in the summer.
There is an open plan kitchen. In the kitchen you will find an oven, gas cooker, extraction fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, water kettle, crockery and a luxury silent dishwasher.There is also a vacuum cleaner.
The master bedroom has a double bed, complete with a 20 cm thick pocket spring mattress and is electrically adjustable. There is sufficient wardrobe space.
Bedrooms: The second bedroom is situated in a separate area of the living room (about 8 m², as pictured on the floor plan) and contains a single bed (90 x 200).
In the bathroom you will find a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
From the living room you look out onto the garden and the meadows.
